Use these instructions to give your Assessment team access to Analyse School Performance (ASP), the DfE replacement for RaiseOnline.
Step 1: Log into Secure Access using the Administrator login and click ‘Administration’.
Step 2: If the user you are setting up is new to the system, scroll down and click on the add new button.
Step 3: In the next screen, add in the details of the user you are adding to the system and click on the ‘Choose’ button.
Step 4: Put a tick in the box for ‘RAISE School Named’ and click the ‘Save’ button.
Step 5: RAISE School Named will now appear in the Group List with a tick next to it. Click on the ‘Save’ button to confirm your choice.
An email will then be sent to the user to tell them their account has been updated and they now have access to the new ASP.
Step 6: If your user is already in the system please click on the ‘Details’ button at the side of the users name, and then proceed as above from step 3.
Step 7: Log back into ASP. Then log off from ASP. Then log back into ASP.
You should then be able to see the Downloads link at the top of the main page.
If you can, then your ASP access has been set up with full pupil-level access.
