At last, ASP Made Easy

Here at the DAISI Service our mission is to help schools manage, use and understand data more effectively. We have found that the ASP report can be somewhat impenetrable to read whilst required to understand your school’s performance. We wanted to let you know that we are currently taking orders for ASaP, which aims to make understanding ASP easy and is available for schools throughout England and Wales.

ASaP (Analysing School Attainment and Progress) is your essential electronic report distilling your schools ASP Summary Report into one simple to understand document with personalised analysis on every page.

ASaP is packed with ASP charts and performance statements covering the basic characteristics of your school, absence, APS by subject and pupil groups, percentage of pupils attaining each level, value added, expected progress, prior attainment and closing the gap. It also has separate appendices bringing together FSM and SEN analyses, particularly useful for SENCOs.

ASaP provides clear performance statements of the main data and what it means to your school.  You can easily incorporate key messages into the data section of your SEF, use in your school development plan and ensure key staff, Governors and school improvement partners are clear about the data. Perhaps most importantly you can use it to prepare for Ofsted as it is cross referenced to the new Ofsted Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR).

We aim to produce ASaP reports within 4 working days from the receipt of your order. We can also create an alternative report based on your School’s Own Data, as opposed to the data within ASP.

Online training is available, which takes you through the ASaP report and the Ofsted IDSR.

Ordering is easy – just complete the order form.

Primary schools have already found their ASaP reports to be an invaluable resource:
