In 2018/19, we undertook research into the comments made by Inspectors

By looking at published inspections reports, we found clear directions on what inspectors were concentrating on which can give clear guidance for schools in future.

Although the framework has now changed – these comments still give clear indications of what inspectors are looking for. We intend to repeat the exercise when the new framework is firmly embeded and we have enough comments to work from.
