How does it work?
To produce the analysis for you, we require you to securely share your school data with us.

Placing an Order
Before placing an order, we will provide you with a bespoke quotation based on your school’s pupil numbers – using the figures listed on Get Information About Schools (GIAS) – ensuring pricing is clear and aligned with official data.
Your quotation will clearly outline your options, explain the process, and help you understand exactly what’s involved. If you’re happy to proceed, we will then ask you to formally order using our secure order form, which grants us permission to access your data and allows you to provide a password for encrypted, secure transfer.
What We Need From You
To create your Data Packs, we simply ask that you securely send us your school’s data. The process is straightforward and designed to make things as easy as possible for you.
- Data Packs: Preferably CTF files (EYFSP, Phonics, KS2) or a spreadsheet with scores, names, and UPNs.
- ASP Insight, KS2 SATs QLA: Download data from Analyse School Performance (instructions provided).
- Y6 Maths Baseline, Mock SATs Analysis: Completing our spreadsheet with the scores of each part of the chosen assessment.
These details ensure we can match your pupils accurately and generate the highest‑quality analysis.
What We Do With Your Data
Once your data is received, our analysts begin work immediately and can usually deliver your full analysis within a matter of days. Using each pupil’s UPN, we securely access Key to Success to gather essential contextual information such as FSM status, EAL status and KS1 Prior Attainment. This allows us to produce analysis that is not only accurate, but also fully reflective of your cohort’s characteristics and needs.
The information provided to the DAISI Service of Nottingham City Council for use in creating your reports will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed.
How You Receive Your Analysis
All analysis will be sent back direct to the email given by encrypted email using the password given in your order form.
Every report we produce is delivered as a professionally formatted PDF, making it easy to read, print, share and present. There is no system to log into — just clear, accessible, high‑value analysis created for you by experienced data specialists.
